PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

OMD Officina Meccanica Domaso S.p.A. has adopted all the necessary safeguards to provide effective protection of personal data. In particular the Company, acting as data controller, has drawn up a register of processing operations complying with the requirements of EU regulation no. 679/2016.

OMD Officina Meccanica Domaso S.p.A. has also adopted a company policy for the processing and storage of personal data as well as the necessary procedures to deal with possible events of so-called data breach, in order to cooperate with the authorities and to meet the requests of exercise of data subjects' rights.
